What an amazing event for the SCC family spring carnival was with many amazing results from the weekend including our FIRST EVER DANCE PINNACLE BID!
We had 6 cheer and 4 dance teams compete at the event and every athlete, coach and our great support network represented the club with pride.
Cheer
Interstellar - no tumble level 5 cheer
Spring Carnival was Interstellar’s debut cheer event in the no tumble level 5 division. The athletes on this team pulled together to perform a zero deduction routine and take home 1st place.
Zenith - senior all girl level 4
Zenith put in a lot of hard work in the gym to upgrade their routine from states and they did not disappoint. With an exciting performance they took home 2nd place in their division, runner up grand champions in level 4 and a pinnacle bid.
Aurora - senior all girl level 3
These girls really lifted their performance and execution at this comp and it showed with a sharp zero deduction routine being performed on the weekend. Aurora placed 3rd in their division and 4th overall for level 3 also being awarded a bid to pinnacle.
Starburst - youth novice
Our youngest team placed 3rd in their division with a beautiful performance and zero deductions on the floor at spring.
Dance
Illusion - open jazz & pom
These girls just keep getting better! Such amazing performances had them place 2nd in pom and 3rd in jazz also earning a 3rd overall and a pinnacle bid in jazz.
Halo - open lyrical
So much work has been put in since states by these girls and it payed off on the weekend. their beautiful performance earned them 3rd in lyrical.

Our stunt and dance duos put some amazing routines on the floor at spring carnival. They ended up with the following results.
Kanna & Co, open group stunt level 5 - 1st
Jamie & Dianne, open partner stunt level 4 - 2nd
Kailtyn & Alicia, open pom duo - 2nd
We are so proud of all the hard work put in by our athletes and coaches to prepare for this comp and are so excited to see whats to come for the last few comps of the season!
